If an artist refuses to finish your art (specifically drew your character incorrectly and refuses to fix it), says they will not refund you and ghosts you, is that grounds for a beware?

@ecutruin It was a combination of me having a stupidly high tolerance from commissioning so much art over the years and just not wanting to put in the effort of starting a case with her. I really just wanted to take the art and be done with it, but we couldn't even just do that I guess lol

@Flinterstuff I'll be honest with you, I'm not sure why you gave her the benefit of the doubt. She's been caught lying about her tracing multiple times now. Personally, I don't care that she uses AI tools as part of her process. However, she shouldn't be lying about said use.

@ShyShyOctavia Yeah that's the thing, does she still have the original line art or not? If she does have it, why not just fix the art? If she doesn't have it, then why is she still offering it as an option on ko-fi? Neither are adding up :\

@Flinterstuff can't believe she gave your sona a receding hairline and denied that she needed to fix it 😭 if she's still offering the YCH on ko-fi she should still have access to the base and could easily remake it correctly ??

Please don't harass her and whatnot, that's not the point of this. This is just so other folks who are considering commissioning her know that this stuff is still going on with her. She has already stated she won't finish the art and won't refund me so nothing left to lose here.

As a note we're past PayPal's 180 day mark so I can't open a case anymore. I'm trying to figure out if it's even worth the effort 🫠
