For clarification, the address I requested investigative reports for is the house in the 800 block of Doheny, which is the residence where the “delete everything” livestream took place. The response letter confirms that there are investigative reports related to that address, which indicates it was investigated, along with David and any other residents, long before #CelesteRivasHernandez was found deceased.
This investigation was likely conducted at the request of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, which had the active missing persons report for Celeste. Once Celeste was found deceased LAPD likely requested these files be sealed.
It will be important to determine exactly who law enforcement made contact with, as that would establish that, from that point forward, they had knowledge of Celeste’s age and her status as a reported missing person. Those reports are likely from 2024.

I have been vocal about my belief that if there is not yet enough evidence to charge #D4vd with homicide they could start with lesser charges in the name of justice and then stack the homicide charge on top once they make the case. In CA an adult who conceals a minor/runaway from their parent can be charged with child abduction. I do not believe David could use a defense that he didn't know she was a minor and a runaway. David and Celeste appeared in the "delete everything" video in January of 2024 before she first ran away. She was reported missing the first time on Feb 15, 2024 and last seen on Feb 14th. Remember her teacher that told the class that law enforcement had found her at a house in the Hollywood Hills? People knew who Celeste was hanging out with. Back in October 2025 I requested the investigative file from the LASD West Hollywood Sheriff's station regarding any witness and suspect interviews related to Celeste staying with David at the house in the 800 block of Doheny. In Nov they sent me a letter confirming these files did exist and referred me to the Riverside Sheriff Dept (who opened the missing persons report) and LAPD who were the investigating agencies. The fact there are investigative files means it's almost certain that law enforcement interviewed David and likely Celeste herself. Without a doubt they would have informed David that Celeste was a minor and a reported missing person. Once Celeste was back in his presence after that date, he's open to harboring a minor or abduction charges. I also have proof that he had an ongoing illegal relationship with another minor at the exact same time this was ongoing with Celeste. This proof includes a statement from the minor and dozens of photos that include the minor and David. Yes, law enforcement is aware of this relationship. I'm also aware of a third minor. This is a pattern. Why charges are not being filed for this pattern of abuse against minors is beyond logic to me. It's as if it's homicide or nothing. How about justice for all his victims and stopping this from happening to someone else? We have to keep the pressure on. And it's time for more pressure. #CelesteRivasHernandez

Suggesting? I am still utterly confused at why @tmz has refused to acknowledge the unsealed documents that literally say "the target, David Burke," "may be involved in having committed the following criminal offenses ....ONE COUNT OF MURDER."
Isn't that enough to confirm that we are dealing with a homicide and Celeste Rivas Hernandez is the victim? What am I missing?

New from FBI:
The gloves found approximately 2 miles from the Guthrie residence in a field near the side of the road were packaged up by PCOS and sent overnight on 2/12 and they arrived at their private lab in Florida on 2/13.
The FBI received preliminary results yesterday on 2/14 and are awaiting quality control and official confirmation today before putting unknown male profile into CoDIS, the national database unique to the bureau. This process typically takes 24 hours from when the bureau receives DNA.
Investigators collected approximately 16 gloves in various areas near the house. Most of them were searchers’s gloves that they discarded in various areas when they searched the vicinity. The one with the DNA profile recovered is different and appears to match the gloves of the subject in the surveillance video. The FBI has and will continue to provide assistance on whatever timeline is provided to us.
