On Poila Boishakh, I offered my prayers at Kalighat, seeking strength, clarity, and resolve for the path ahead. In the divine presence of Maa Kali, I prayed not just for personal strength, but for the well-being of every citizen of Bengal, for peace, dignity, and unity to prevail across our land. This sacred moment is a reminder that our journey is not merely political; it is a responsibility towards protecting harmony, upholding justice, and safeguarding the rights of our people. There are forces that seek to disturb this balance, to divide and weaken the social fabric of Bengal. But with the blessings of Maa Kali, and with faith in the people, we will stand firm against every such attempt. We will not allow hatred to overshadow harmony, nor vested interests to derail Bengal’s progress. This is a fight for truth. A fight for the rights and dignity of every Bengali.
