@MendeleySupport Hello There ! The Mendeley Plugin for Word simply renders it unusable. Office 365 just pushed what is essentially Word 2019. I've had to entirely uninstall Mendeley from my system to get Word to open my documents containing citations. Please Help !

@PhilipsCare_UK Hello. Now works only 2 out of 5. When TV is shutoff it doesn't connect back to the bridge (and does't see it) upon startup.

@PhilipsCare_UK Update applied, it's still not finding the Bridge. I have delete all current profiles on the later and even reset it.

@philipscare_uk Sure: FZ1A1619030716. I have managed twice in 2 months to get the TV to find the bridge. To then loose it minutes later.

@tweethue Hue app on my phone and 3rd party on my tablet both work perfectly with the bridge. Only the TV doesn't. Whom should I talk to ?

@tweethue Yes, TV 000.001.015.015, Ambilight+Hue 0.0.0.1, bridge firmware 01036562. Menu Ambilight+Hue > Configure says : Bridge not found.

@tweethue The TV is a 49PUS7101/12, Android TV firmware latest version (2016-08-17). Ambilight+Hue cannot find the bridge. Please help.

@tweethue Hello, it's the 18th, no update coming down on my TV, no firmware update, no app version change. autoupdate on, tried manually too

@tweethue Bridge and TV updated to latest version. 3rd party apps all work perfectly, including 3rd party on TV. But not the Ambilight+Hue.
