As a German who has spent several years in the USA, I can tell you that none of the stuff you guys call "bread" over there is remotely comparable to what you get in any average bakery over here.

@RealityRens @RyanLThomas1 Also this idea that Americans don’t have easy access to fresh baked loaves of many styles is ridiculous. This is all made funnier by the fact that the only country in Europe that has stricter food safety standards than the US is Denmark.

@RealityRens @RyanLThomas1 Sliced white bread that has maybe2 g of sugar per slice is to help the bread caramelize for color and maintain the shelf life. Many of the European companies do the same exact thing for their sliced sandwich bread.

Instead of using an American made desalination solution which are exported all over the Caribbean - Texas chooses an Israeli company.
BTW Texas has desalination companies of it's own.
