Frustrating. @delta keeps telling me my delayed bag is “on the next flight”. We are on day 3 of them telling me this… can’t reach a manager.. no one is helping

Just got home from my flight on delta without any bags - I filed a claim at the airport. Just got home to check it and it’s still not located. the agent wrote wrong bag color @Delta please message me!! I can’t reach a person!!!
