The state of “regulations” But it is not only Romania. 🇷🇴 is the country which does not have an institution to say whether a company is MiCa regulated or not. Greece / Poland did not give out any MiCa certificates, but the list is long, Why is EU working and spending hundreds of millions of taxpayers money to create regulations which block actually companies, but it is not even applicable by EU countries? And some say I am an EU hater. i am not, but this is inefficient in so many levels. Definitely not serving the citizens.
