Plus an open door policy to all of our staff that wish to discuss any concerns they have about anything..

@ZoeOliviaJohn @wendy_says @alexandtheweb we have many people on different contracts, including zero hours. This suits our students + those who want to be pursuing other activities. Many have been with us for a long time, this is perfect for them, they all have the same employment rights, hope it’s clear!
