@FlowGo37 @RoadMan96829 @GavinNewsom Newsom famously/notoriously directed homeless encampments to be removed. And he has not power over LA police. That’s only the mayor via LA City Municipal Code 41.18. City of LA has around 60k homeless. It’s still horrible this happened.
