All thanks to my Scania Griffins, i made friends with a lovely family at my nature and wellbeing sessions, they was on holiday and saw this, Nicky, they thought of me straight away and got him. I met up with them yesterday to get him. Made me smile 😊❤️🦅

Update on my mental health, attended a bereavement cafe this morning, certainly found it tough going, I did cry at one point talking about dad but I found it useful to go to. Had support from my @ScaniaGroup Griffins who helped me get through it
