10/ Hype > Reality. Promises are huge. Delivery is tiny. Roadmaps get cut, features get dropped. Trust disappears and once it's gone, it's not coming back.

3/ They forget about the people. Community gets ignored. No replies, no transparency, no care. In Web3, your community is everything. Lose them, lose everything.

2/ The token economy is broken from day one. Too many tokens, not enough demand. Early investors dump. No staking, no burns, no reason to hold. Price crashes and nobody trusts it anymore.
