@FlySWISS @AirCanada Imagine booking a confirmed itinerary but being given a standby boarding pass due to their mistake. Hours wasted during the connection, no access to a prepaid lounge, and left hungry because they failed to issue a boarding pass. Avoid both at all costs.

(2/2) with no resolution and STILL no full refund. Passengers shouldn’t have to chase refunds for problems created by the airline. If this isn’t resolved immediately, I’ll be escalating this through aviation regulators and consumer protection authorities. Booking ref: XN849R

@FlySWISS @FlySWISS refused to issue my boarding pass at the airport and told me to cancel my ticket and rebook another flight, without even assisting with rebooking. I followed their instructions, paid again, and since then I’ve had multiple calls and chats with support (1/2)

@FlySWISS delayed my flight, I missed my connection to Delhi, and now @bookingcom calls it a "voluntary cancellation." SWISS confirmed the delay in writing. Your kiosk told me not to board. EU 261/2004 says refund me. Evidence attached.

@FlySWISS I’m gold with @StarAlliance, I had to pay for just getting a window seat 27A (toilets are at 31) on a flight that’s not even full and 2.5 hours late. 3 rows before the toilets. What’s wrong with you people? Greedy as fuck. There are plenty of empty seats? What a joke

i must admit I'm pretty impressed how @FlySWISS handled the 5hrs delay of my flight from LAX to Zurich recently: a hotel + a new boarding pass were waiting on my phone when I landed in ZRH, no queues, no phone calls, and even the compensation later was quick & easy.
