@FlyYEG @WestJet Had the most frustrating experience at YEG airport where we missed our flight due to WestJet and security who did not offer adequate assistance to my dad who has an LVAD medical device. Complete humiliation and discrimination against someone with a disability.

@FlyYEG Why is it that it consistently takes almost double the amount of time to unload a plane/retrieve bags here than any other airport on the planet? Asking for a friend that totally isnt waiting for way too long for your staff to do their damn jobs.

@ShayeGanam @FlyYEG This has happened to me - gotta watch both sides. If they are training someone in the nexus line - they end up checking every bag. @flyyeg loves to check bags for fun & at nexus it defeats the purpose. In the US - we fly through every time.

@FlyYEG Heads up the nexus line will take longer than the regular security line today. Way way way longer. The kids beat us thru security by 25 minutes!! Kinda defeats the purpose…

.@FlyYEG is it a restriction on the airports side why we can’t reserve @Uber rides from YEG? That’s one of my favorite features of non YEG airports. Reserving an Uber ride with just your flight number and having them watch and schedule based on delays & early arrival is amazing. It even gets riders extra flexibility on wait time if baggage handling takes longer than expected — which with some carriers at YEG is unfortunately pretty common. But it is blocked in Edmonton. Any idea why?
