Hi @sainsburys we've just been delivered this funky looking pack of peppers, but didn't notice until the delivery driver had left. Can anything be done as we've had to bin them 😦

@bradfordmdc @cleanairbfd That's the number I've been trying. I'm at work now until 4 so can't take calls. That's why I was hoping I'd be able to sort this via an email as this is going to happen again if someone is driving around with cloned plates 🙈 nightmare

@ian_algie @VetsNowUK @ianstudd I left them paperwork all filled in, as they told me to submit it myself, even though it's not possible. After some serious complaining they have sent my claim via email and CC'd me in, not via the pawtal 🙄 Why would they use the fastest method to resolve claims huh

@VetsNowUK I am still waiting for your stoke branch to submit an insurance claim for an accident resulting in the death of my cat. Do you think this is acceptable that I am having to chase you on here, emails, and via your head office?

@VetsNowUK Thank you, I'm sorry my messages are grumpy but this is causing me a great deal of stress. Are you able to put a time frame on when I can expect my claim to go in, I lost my cat on Xmas day, and left documents 06/01.

@FlyingDogWalker Hi Kat, I'm sorry for your loss. I'm also genuinely sorry for the time it's taking to process your claim at an already difficult time. We're working hard to speed things up, including drafting in more staff. We're aiming to get through the backlog asap, and are making progress.

@VetsNowUK If I was able to resolve this with my insurance I would, but Animal friends insist the claims must be made via the vets used, as I'm sure you are aware. How long is the wait for claims to be submitted?

@FlyingDogWalker We’re sorry for the issues you’ve had with your insurance claim. In recent months, our caseload has gone up by 50% while Covid has severely impacted our staffing. We’re putting significant resources into working through the backlog of claims and will respond to each one asap.

@TheRangeUK I placed an order on the 1st, received part of it as it came from +partner. The rest of my order is delayed with no expected date? When can I expect my Xmas decorations? Getting thru to your call center seems impossible at the moment

@VioVet1 It's alright, it eventually got sorted after a few panicked emails, as my old boy dehydrates without his catmilk 🙈 It arrived a week or so after my tweet, and I was able to grab a few cartons to use while we waited. Now thrilled to have a few months supply of cat milk 😻
