@FlyLoganair so can you kindly explain to me how does the 20% off actually works ? Last week I was looking at flights from Edi to Exeter £219.91 so today I got an email promo code 20% off so I checked same flight £214.25 so even with 20% off it should be £175.93 RIP OFF!!

@FlyLoganair Disappointed you are terminating Heathrow-Dundee. Wish I’d not been loyal to Loganair for monthly visits. So back on BA to EDI & bus to Dundee. Other London Airports nonstarters. Nice if you can refund my flight next week and July so I invest my loyalty elsewhere.

@FlyLoganair I have tried very hard to get through to you about a cancelled flight that you cancelled with 9 hours notice on the day of my grandmothers funeral. This was on the 12/3/26 and I am still awaiting a response let alone my compensation. I have sent numerous emails.

@FlyLoganair still waiting at Glasgow Airport to board a 2.55pm flight to Stornoway today! We have been on and off a plane twice due a technical fault, then after repairing the plane that plane is being used for another flight😡 do better Logan Air!

@FlyLoganair think you are a superb airline, normally, but tonight’s BHX - ABZ 19:55 flight has what I can only describe as a disgusting toilet which must be blocked and the entire cabin reeks! Great! 😩
