The success in the Pokemon franchise isn't just the game -- it's the IP. TV Shows, TCG merchandise, licensing... Let's just let good games be good games and good IPs be good IPs XD What people argue PalWorld lacks in original IP, they compensate for with visible player engagement and potentially retention. And if/when a Pokemon Game flops at least there will always be cute plushies to sell with infrastructure that already exists LOL That being said, I wonder who PalWorld Devs are going to partner with or sell merchandising rights to lul.
