Misleading Reported by press: 👇 Every child aged 10–17 caught carrying a knife in England and Wales must now be referred by police to local Youth Justice Services for a “mandatory targeted plan” (mentoring, support, keeping them in education, etc.). The woman who was stabbed in the neck in an unprovoked attack at a bus stop in Birmingham has died, police have confirmed.
