@FoodEnthuClub it’s never a good biriyani without well cooked chicken, a tangy salan and thick raita.
pulaos are actually good when they have proper spices. you can’t call rice sautéed in oil, pulao.

I’m the person who will ruin a lunch by explaining why curd should never touch Biryani rice.
Someone spends hours getting the meat and spices exactly right, only for you to drown it in curd. Turning a perfect Biryani into a soggy mess is an insult to the cook/food. If you do that, you just don't understand flavour
If you want curd rice, order curd rice don't disrespect the Biryani.
