The El Dorado Single Still Port Mourant Rum is a single unblended distillate from the ------ still which originated from the Port Mourant Estate in 1732 and is now at our Diamond Distillery, on the banks of the Demerara River. Can you name the still? Tell us below #ElDoradoRums

Made some chilli powder from my Aji Lemons , not a lot from the amount I dried, lovely taste nice n hot.

This is definitely the last of my peppers forgot about this guy kept indoors, still not sure what it is haven't tried one yet mislabeled by me as White moruga.

This is the last of my peppers frosts have arrived so picked these guys, just some finger one left which I hope survive the night.

@ChilliFowler They nested above my front door porch this year, they picked a good spot that the magpies and crows couldn't get to.

Managed to get a short clip of a Wren on one of the old C. Flexuosum trees today. Brightens my day when I see them fly past in the polytunnel, usually a tiny blur 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🌶️🐦

This mornings harvest large red one is a White capya, and the long green ones are my year 2 Chania farmers market peppers no heat just tasty. Some green Aji lemons on the right.

@jdflippin I still have a few varieties of plants to harvest yet, weather changing quick so need to get them in , there are a few hotties in there as well, don't think I could eat a full super hot.

@Foodyman1 Lol. I keep putting myself through the pain. I eat one every few months. Just to stay in practice.

I'm happy with the size if these Why not chillis, a hybrid of Jays Peach Ghost Scorpion and White 7 Pot.

@jdflippin Just eaten half of one, for a split second it tasted fruity, then all hell broke loose in my mouth, it cleared up my chest though which i didn't know was blocked till i ate it,handle with care.
