The main thing was that there was only a handful of promos in the whole game. It made packing discard value informs worth celebrating, you could use 77 rated Ibarbo & 80 rated Muriel for a combined 2k coins as late into the year as April & people would still dread coming up against your team.
As soon as they started bringing in a promo every 2 or 3 weeks that's when I lost interest personally.

U know why the old games were so good?..
They was simple, there was:
- No Champs
- No SBs
- No Mega store packs
- No Hypermotion technology
- No SBMM
- No Roles & Playstyles

Not saying with 100% surety Martín Zubimendi’s discomfort isn’t genuine, but Arsenal have withdrawn 3–4 players in a single day, it’s pretty obvious what’s going on.

As it stands if England were to play in the World Cup final tomorrow this is the XI I’d start.
ATT: Kane and Saka pick themselves, no debate. Gordon isn’t my favourite here but we need a natural LW and he’s the best we’ve got imo.
MF: Rice is obvious and as much as I like Wharton (and his progression), Anderson’s levels have just been higher this season.
DEF: Reece James has to start if he’s fit. Hall vs NOR is close but I think Hall is slightly better rn and fits the dynamics. Stones might be the nearest miss in this team but Guehi/Konsa make a good partnership & are v reliable.
GK: Pickford is genuinely one of the best performers for the NT, well clear of the next closest.

@OsmanZtheGooner 1) not necessarily agreed. Think a big issue was that Kai was not fit enough to make an impact leaving Gyok on his own and he can’t do it. Them two can work in certain scenarios/games when both are fit

Things we learned from yesterday
- Havertz & Viktor can’t play together (1 in 1 out)
- Against teams that press us we need Calafiori instead of Hincapie (Riccardo helps us in our build up and good on the ball)
- Play Dowman at 10 if Odegaard & Eze not available

Because it's not English football culture and never will be. What makes us different to the rest of Europe is all 4 corners of the stadium chant. In countries where ultra culture is big like Russia or Serbia, there's only one corner of the stadium that chants & that just so happens to be the one with tifo's, flares and drums. The other 3 are usually quiet or even empty

Here's ways to approach this:
1. Drop CM beyond the first line - incite a jump
2. Drop CM into fullback (didn't use this enough)
3. CB dribble to incite a jump
4. Go Long ( did this but didn't win 2nd balls)
4a. Go long but push fullbacks and CMs high, increase distance
