Please welcome former Florida Gator & Michigan State Spartan, defensive back Chester "Chazz" Kimbrough, to the San Antonio Toros! After playing in 17 contests over two seasons with the Gators, he transferred to Michigan State where he participated in 34 games with 20 starts. Kimbrough finished his collegiate career with • 100 Tackles • 6.5 TFLs • 4 Sacks • 1 Interception • 12 Pass Breakups • 2 Forced Fumbles • 2 Fumble Recoveries He signed with the Houston Roughnecks of the UFL in October of 2024, but was later released when the league made the decision to cut training camp rosters down from 75 to 64 players. Please welcome offensive lineman Jeremiah Frazier to the San Antonio Toros! Frazier began his collegiate career at NCAA D1 FCS Tennessee State University where he earned FCS Freshman All-American and All-OVC honors in 2021. He spent the the 2022 and 2023 seasons at Troy University, before finishing up at Alabama State University where he was a 2x All-SWAC selection for the Hornets. Please welcome linebacker Wesley Steiner to the San Antonio Toros! Steiner played four seasons at Auburn University before finishing up at Washington State University in 2024. Steiner played in 60 games during his career and finished with 98 tackles, 3 tackles for loss, 1 forced fumble, and 1 fumble recovery. He led Auburn with a career high 11 tackles against LSU in 2022. After an elite pro day performance that included a 4.38 40 yard dash with a 39 inch vertical jump at 6'0" 235 lbs, Steiner spent time with the Las Vegas Raiders and Pittsburgh Steelers, before reaching the pre-season with the Seattle Seahawks in August of 2025 before being waived due to injury. Please welcome University of Incarnate Word tight end, Austin Samaha, to the San Antonio Toros! After two years at East Texas A&M, Samaha played his final two seasons at Texas State University and UIW. During his career, he racked up 20 receptions for 264 yards and added a rushing touchdown as well. The 6'2", 255 lb tight end had a very impressive pro day showing at UIW in front of the Toros coaching staff. His versatility will allow him to also help in the Toros backfield and add depth at long snapper where he has caught the eyes of NFL scouts. Please welcome University of Incarnate Word defensive lineman, Talib Salahuddin, to the Toros! Talib played his first two seasons of college ball at Riverside City College in California before transferring to San Diego State University, then finishing up at UIW. During his career, Salahuddin was responsible for 115 tackles, 19 tackles for loss, and 10 sacks. With the addition of Salahuddin, the Toros have now signed 4 players from UIW and 5 from UTSA! We are excited to announce the signing of Oklahoma State offensive lineman Preston Wilson! A four-year starter for the Cowboys, Wilson was on the watch list for the Rimington Trophy, awarded each year to the best center in all of college football. He also excelled in the classroom where he was a 5x Academic All-Big 12 honoree. He was a multiple game team captain during his time at OSU and earned Offensive Player of the Game in 2021 against Texas Tech. In 2023, PFF gave him the 11th best pass blocking grade in the Big 12. Wilson spent time with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the CFL in 2025 and was with the Birmingham Stallions of the UFL this season. Welcome to the Stampede Preston! #VamosToros | #CoFLFootball
