@PatMcAfeeShow @tyschmit #IDontWantToOverreactBUT
I love the colts and how we are playing but I am very worried about the remaining schedule. We have juggernauts in the Chiefs and Seahawks, a balling Mac Jones, 2 games against a heating up Texans team, and 2 games against the Jags who have owned us.

I asked #Colts QB Anthony Richardson about pressure:
“This organization believed in me enough to draft me … top-five pick. So, I don’t think there’s any more pressure. It’s just me working hard and proving them right and letting them know that they chose the right guy …”

@LiamBeer15 @BestUrbanCowboy @jasrifootball @DMRussini I think you’ve got what they said backwards. If the kickoff team kicks a touchback, the return team gets the ball at the 35 now, not the 30. You’ll get more returns because those 5 free yards will make kickoff teams kick it in play
English

Kickoff change: Touchbacks on kickoffs will now bring the ball to the 35-yard line instead of the 30, per @DMRussini

English

@jasrifootball @DMRussini I personally like it IF they are going to keep the new kickoff in the game. Teams won’t want to let people start at 35 so they will kick in play, making kickoffs more important and not a time to go to bathroom like it had been recently. Obviously OG kickoff is the best though
English

@jasrifootball @DMRussini Everyone is complaining about the rule but they want to make kickoffs a play again. Teams are more likely to kick the ball in play and force a return than kick a touchback now that it’s moved to the 35. We still saw a lot of touchbacks this year. This should reduce it even more

@TheBlue_Stable Give me Warren in the draft. AR needs a dawg at the TE spot

@AdamSchefter Thank you Ballard for listening for once. Now let’s somehow get Warren and I am very happy. At that point, it’s on Steichen and AR to get us to the promise land.

Colts secondary additions for new DC Lou Anarumo:
🏈CB Charvarius Ward
🏈S Cam Bynum

Adam Schefter@AdamSchefter
Former 49ers CB Charvarius Ward reached agreement on a three-year deal worth up to $60 million including $35 million guaranteed and a $20 million signing bonus with the Indianapolis Colts. Deal negotiationed by Kevin Conner and Robert Brown of @UniSportsMgmt.
English

@NathanPickell @CFriedEf @AdamSchefter He’s playing but I didn’t realize Warren didn’t workout. I’m assuming he’s a 4.6-4.7 guy

Rob Gronkowski is considering a return to the NFL, per @CecilLammey
The #Broncos could be a landing spot

English

@droppedballspod I was begging for Brock Bowers last year. Seems like all elite QBs/ Teams have an above average TE so we should go Warren first round in my opinion

@PatMcAfeeShow Genuinely wonder what the fan reaction would be if Peyton was the one to say what Pat said… Not sure if Peyton would get all the hate that Pat does
English

@PatMcAfeeShow Can’t wait to see Pat on the Jumbotron this weekend. Crowd reaction going to be entertaining 🍿🍿
