AI is an intruder in your home. It's here to kill you, your kids, your pets, and everyone you know and love. You can hide under the covers and pretend it's not there. Or you can act now to defend your family.

It’s not just freedom of speech that matters now. It’s the weighting of speech. When you own the algorithm you can elevate the voices and ideas you personally agree with and quiet those you don’t. The owner of this app demonstrates this daily. This is project of theirs is well underway. It disconnects the people from their own debates. Truly sinister. Make people feel like they have freedom while controlling it all more and more every day.

At a certain point, money stops being the motivation. I don’t work 18 hours a day because I need more wealth, I do it because I want to build something extraordinary that my children can be proud of. What drives me now is competing in the AI race and making sure North America, not China, leads the future of advanced technology. That’s why I’m building sustainable data centers at scale to prove we can out innovate, out build, and out compete while doing it the right way.

@ForHumanityPod How can it fail with big $ and big government on its side? Plenty of places have voted against them, only to see them go up anyway.

It’s a hard no. Big tech really thought they could blight America with concrete coffins, whose stated purpose is taking every job, and creating a mass surveillance state, and no one would say anything?!? Even with their secret deals, NDAs, and all the other sketchy tactics, their data center build out plan is going to fail. It’s failing right now. The tide is turning faster than anyone thought.

America will not stand for runaway data center development to support runaway AI. Stories like this one a simply a bridge too far. Give us your backyard, lady. We need it to beat China.😑 Big tech is about to learn their first hard lesson. This is too far. America is not China. Homeowners have rights here.

Meeting Cynthia, her passion absolutely blew me away! I was left nearly SPEECHLESS after hearing about what Georgia Power is doing to her property. This is effecting 330 properties, we do not want to sell Coweta. We want to FIGHT!

Amazon is asking permission to destroy 5 acres of wetlands and nearly 1 mile of streams as part of its resubmitted proposal to add 14 data center buildings at a third site at its sprawling New Carlisle, IN campus. Public comment is due June 12.

@jeremymstamper @beffjezos @SydSteyerhart Of course I do. I even believe all that stuff is possible. It’s just we haven’t solved the problem of how to keep a machine that’s vastly smarter than a human from doing what it wants, not what we want.

We’re building 10x more datacenters than China. It’s not a race. We’re racing ourselves, destroying our communities, with human extinction on the line. Nobody wins a race to suicide. China doesn’t want AGI. They’re mostly building narrow tool AI, like we should be. And I hate to tell you, but the mass surveillance enabled by these data centers is hardly an increase is freedom or civil liberties, it’s actually the opposite.

A small Wisconsin town just made a move that shocked America voting 44-0 to unanimously ban data centers in favor of farmland. A $1 billion facility proposed by an anonymous developer almost overtook Cassville, Wisconsin with plans to install hyperscale AI data centers. Residents were never told who would build it or exactly where it would go. What they did know was the scale • approximately 500 acres of prime farmland (Driftless) • 400 to 500 megawatts of power • promises of 50 jobs and $5.5 million in annual property tax revenue The result was unambiguous: 44 votes in favor of banning data centers, zero against. The Driftless Area is not generic farmland as it was never covered by glaciers during the last ice age, making it prime for food production. Organic Valley, the largest organic dairy cooperative in the United States, was founded and is headquartered in La Farge, Wisconsin, at the heart of the Driftless. Locals knew it actively resists industrial farming, making it a refuge for small-scale, organic, and artisanal agriculture. This is is part of a rapidly expanding, largely decentralized movement of rural communities protecting their land and resources from Big Tech's infrastructure buildout. Beyond municipal action, individual farmers across the country are rejecting offers that would have seemed inconceivable just five years ago. Over the next five years, an estimated 40,000 acres of powered land will be needed globally for new data center development. Farmland converted to data centers is permanently removed from agricultural production. Supporting our local farmers is how we can all be part of the movement.

Nobody wants to live like this. Join me tonight for a community meeting live on Zoom. Let’s talk about data center opposition as AI safety. All opinions welcome. 📅 March 13, 2026 📷 7:30 PM ET 📷 tinyurl.com/54ez56cv See you tonight!

So I’ve lived in Hillsboro, Oregon for 10 years. Drove around today and tonight and shot this myself. This is what the “Data Center Plains” looks like.👇 My town sits at the end of 6 transpacific sea cables connecting the US to Asia. That’s why 30+ data centers landed here. They’re everywhere. Spread across the entire north and west end of the city. Road after road. Building after building. Miles of it. And they keep building. Pushing further west every year into farmland that’s been here for generations. Buying up land, Giving mass amounts of money to home owners to move, Tearing down homes. Tearing down historic sites. $7.2 billion in exempted property taxes. Some of these finished buildings are literally sitting completely dark… PGE told them no power for 3-5 years. They still built them anyway. A power plant is now going up right next to the data centers because they maxed the local grid. There are families still living next to construction zones. Old farmhouses directly across the street from data center walls. Nobody asked the people who already lived here. These are the families who refused to leave, so they said we are just gonna put them up next to your houses anyway. A pioneer homestead from 1865, 190 years of continuous farming is about to be gone, NTT Global Data Centers got that land tax-free until 2051. Signed in a single day at City Hall. Intel, the employer that actually brought thousands of real jobs here is laying off locals at the same time. This sound runs 24 hours a day. 7 days a week. My electricity bill went from $80 to $150. Water rates are set to increase 105% over 5 years, critics say to fund data center infrastructure, not residents. Data centers aren’t a joke. Just wanted to share my first hand experience with them. #datacenters

A Gallup poll found that seven out of 10 Americans said they would oppose a data center being built near them. Opposition is so intense, the poll found, that more Americans would rather live near a nuclear power plant than a data center. wapo.st/48ZtSpE

I thought for sure this was fake news. It’s not. They are literally going to cut the electricity off for 50,000 people so they can power data centers instead. You know how they keep telling us we have to build these data centers so we can beat China in the AI race? Well we already have 10x more data centers than them. It seems that China has a rule where they don’t build a new data center unless they have the energy capacity in place to support it. That’s probably why they currently have 36 new nuclear power plants under construction. Whereas America is so obsessed with “winning” the AI race that all the geniuses calling the shots here said “build, build, build! We’ll worry about the grid later!” And of course we don’t have even one single new nuclear power station under construction. The US has only built 3 new nuclear reactors in the last 13 years, while at the same time we’ve also decommissioned 12. Meanwhile China has brought 13 new reactors online in that time period and they haven’t decommissioned any.

Nearly 50,000 people in the Lake Tahoe area have been told that their utility will stop providing power to them, because it's redirecting that power to data centers. NV Energy, the Nevada utility that has supplied most of Lake Tahoe’s electricity for decades, says that next year it will stop servicing homes in the area, and instead direct that electricity to the growing demand from Nevada data centers. Northern Nevada is one of the fastest-growing data-center corridors in the country. fortune.com/2026/05/12/lak…
