@CaledonianTrav Before completing the claim form it is important that you have tried to settle the dispute. This could mean writing to the person or company you have the dispute with and trying to agree a settlement I have tried for weeks now and getting nowhere

@CaledonianTrav I have given Caledonian travel the opportunity to do what's right and increase refund offer ! Failing this it will be 28 days recorded intention of small claim for full reimbursement including eating out costs due to disgusting hotel non edible food.

@CaledonianTrav Sadly untrue and no support from Caledonian travel in regards to unfit for purpose hotel - lies and untrue response - consulting other complainers who were on same holiday and will seek legal advice with small claim court consideration against CD

@NHSaaa Can someone please tell me when in surgery pharmacy personal decided what medicine I can get and can't ! Seems that they can decide what I need without me even discussing with my GP ! This pandemic seems to have been perfect to transform how we are getting our care or not

@CaledonianTrav Having along with others had a nightmare 5 day break via Caledonian travel I complained via several emails and 20 plus days later I nor the other complainers have not even had a response ! Not what you would expect having spent £500+ very disappointing!
