i'm going to give you the complete roadmap to making your first $ online no fluff. no "mindset" talk. just the steps in order. this is exactly what i'd do if i lost everything and had to start from $0 today. DAY 1: CHOOSE YOUR WEAPON faceless YouTube Shorts + CPA affiliate marketing. why? $0 to start. no skills needed. no audience needed. no face needed. sign up for Glitchy (free, $10 bonus for signing up). pick a CPA offer in a niche that gets views — finance, scary facts, motivation, health, AI. DAY 2–3: BUILD THE CHANNELS set up 1 YouTube channel and 1 TikTok account in your niche. warm up the YouTube channel PROPERLY. use proxies. don't skip this step. i've seen channels with 4–5 billion cumulative views and the #1 difference between channels that blow up and channels that die is warm-up. youtube flags fresh accounts posting immediately. warm up = 3–5 days of normal activity before you post. DAY 4–7: CREATE AND POST make your first 10 faceless videos. AI voiceover (free tools everywhere). CapCut for editing (free). templates save you time. each video: 15–20 minutes to make. post on both YouTube Shorts AND TikTok. put your Glitchy affiliate link in every description. every. single. one. you now have 3 income streams active: YouTube ad revenue + affiliate commissions + clipping revenue when you redistribute. WEEK 2: VOLUME post 3–5 videos per day. study what gets views. double down on those formats. don't overthink content quality. at this stage, volume > perfection. a mediocre video that gets posted beats a "perfect" video sitting in your drafts. WEEK 3–4: FIRST MONEY by now you should have 40–80+ videos live across 2 platforms. some will flop. some will hit 10K–100K+ views. first affiliate commissions start hitting. maybe $5. maybe $50. maybe $113 like one of my students in his first few days. the number doesn't matter yet. what matters is you proved the model works for YOU. MONTH 2–3: COMPOUND add a second channel. different niche or sub-niche. same workflow. same tools. same monetisation stack. you now have a content NETWORK, not a single channel. scale to 5–8 videos per day total across channels. $50–$100/day becomes realistic here. MONTH 4–6: REAL MONEY multiple channels. daily content. compounding views and affiliate earnings. $100–$300/day. $3,000–$10,000/month. from content you don't appear in. on platforms you barely check.
