@SuperTiso I appreciate you saying that. I dont want to let them know day zero cause to me it is too much but i just need to be careful of signs and be more careful and if I see things that show that that not looking for something more I gotta be upfront

@Forest_WC You're still young, you got time, and being 30 isn't a mid-life crisis. But women are different and I think more for you, you just want to be loved and be with someone that is 100% committed and not just going through whatever you want to hear so they put it in you whenever.

@SuperTiso Again 100% that's why it's genuinely hard. If I dont ask them right away (which is a deterrent like you said) I think I just have to be very very careful unfortunately. Like I have to make sure they are clearly making moves to actually want to be with me

@Forest_WC It's hard. I feel for you. I don't have the slightest how women deal with these issues vs how I as a man does. Plus, if you start being more forward and assertive to asking directly for a lot of men it is a deterrent. But it takes nothing if they know they can smash no issue.

@Forest_WC The thing is, we talked about this before, people see you as a fetish. Plus, hook up culture has ruined a lot of the communication and relationship building people used to do. FWB, unlike a one night, eventually it leads to complications you don't want from "friends."

@SuperTiso Yeah I already found that out years ago too. I guess what I have to do is if I see anybody seem interested in me I have to be the one to be like "what are your intentions" even if I shouldnt have to cause fwb shouldn't be an assumption

@Forest_WC If you're 30 feeling like an old timer about this now chances are the people you interact with aren't going to change much in the years to come by. FWB long lasting also has its own complications, from experience. I just don't get the whole "what are we" and no answer.

@SuperTiso I guess. Like if you want a fwb with someone you should state that at the start. Nothing wrong with two people wanting fwb , but there needs to be communication. So yea as I grow older people are being more and more high school level
