We partnered with the president and Congress to drive the USMCA into law and supported the negotiations to deliver a winning deal for the American people. We kept our promises to use the USMCA’s provisions to fortify the American supply chain, power more American jobs and drive more American growth. The EU had a clear opportunity to make EUDR workable and to honor its 2025 trade framework commitment to avoid undue harm to U.S. manufacturers. It chose not to. No fixes mean more risk. EUDR must be addressed in any U.S/EU trade commitments. bit.ly/4cZ5N3m
