We made it back home! We left our London flat at 10am for a walk, tube and flight that got us into Vancouver about 14 hours later. It was a long day - especially for Baby C and our dog - but we made it. Now onto battling jet lag and unpacking our new home!

Spent the morning at the Natural History Museum and can confirm that dinosaurs are still cool when you’re in your 30s.

It’s rare that an art exhibit has me laughing out loud but when I tell you my husband and I were cackling through the Robbie Williams section of the Moco Museum 😂😂

Downtown Vancouver is nice and all, but I do cherish my days working at home where I can walk around my village. Started the day off right with a 6am spin class and 3km walk. On the other hand it's 4:30pm and I'm worried about staying awake until 7pm 😁 Happy #Friday everyone

The bald eagles are out in full force this weekend in BC 🇨🇦 In one tree I counted 10, at one point I could count over 20 all around me from where I stood. Love living where I live for the wildlife #Canada #wildlife
