@GiuliaBould @AkibiCreative Not Garner either... Patterson, Rohl and Armstrong were all instrumental in the 1-0 AT Villa. All dropped never to be seen again, Patterson has the highest win % of all our RBs, 66% JOB has more clean sheets at CB than Michael Keane. Just saying, I'm sure Moyes SHOULD know.

@Iancroll1 Apologies, when you say manager I read it as current manager. Moyes will clearly never align with the committee because he wants 28/29/30 year olds, he will not give the football our fans crave or develop youngsters so from that perspective should not be the manager od EFC.

@Forever_Everton I used the word manager. It doesn’t mean I’m referring to Moyes. It could be any manager. The point being, whichever manager is in charge needs to be on the same page as the recruitment team. I don’t believe that’s the case right now.

Everton have an identity crisis. No longer a “big club” with financial muscle… also considered too big to copy the "Brighton" model. Until the club fix the recruitment strategy, aligning it with the manager, there won’t be progression. That matters more than who’s in the dugout.

@Iancroll1 Moyes is not aligned with the recruitment team, 9 players bought, 2 used regularly, others frozen out. Why should Moyes get £100m on yet more bench fodder. Would Iraola use the youngsters brought in? Yes 100% he would.... We couldnt sign a RB in Jan cos they couldnt agree.
