SERIOUS QUESTION: “Why is it that it takes 900 years and 5000 impact studies to build high speed rail but a 5 minute city council meeting is all it takes to approve a massive data center?”

So far MCU Spider-Mans villains 4 movies in are: Evil guy that works at DODC Guy that used to work for Tony Stark Tobey Maguire’s old villains Jean Grey for some reason and evil guy that works at DODC again

This is just the most corporate spider man iteration there is. "Broke", "rock bottom" but living in a big ass loft with high tech machinery that could feed a family of 6 for weeks. Toby was a working photographer, delivered pizzas for a living & still couldn't make rent

A shame Sadie Sink’s character in SPIDER-MAN: BRAND NEW DAY was the worst kept secret in Hollywood, because the audience is far too ahead of the movie for far too long. It even holds for crowd cheering at the reveal… that was met with silence. It works better if you don’t know.

@arkavx There’s zero reason for Zendaya to make less in a massively successful franchise she’s been starring in since the beginning compared to someone who’s just appearing. Sadie will make more by the time X-Men comes around.

@litteralyme0 They were so concerned with this dumb secret of keeping Sadie Sinks character hidden that they couldn’t really show her parts which take up a good chunk of the 2nd into 3rd act. So they had to show all of Peter’s fights.

not the spider man "YOU" wanted to see lol. well got news for you dumbass they aren't making movies just for "YOU." also jean grey is not a X-men villain. she is one of the leaders of the X-men you know the great group of mavel. also I guess you never watched the spider-man cartoons of the 90s. because this was spot on with that. cry harder and go watch something else then loser. this movie was perfect and so good.

My honest review: it’s a good movie on its own, but a bad Spider-Man movie. I’m very disappointed with this film and with the MCU’s take on Spidey in general. Once again they didn’t give me the Spider-Man I wanted to see. Yes, we finally get better swinging and improved visuals, and Peter feels more like his comic-book counterpart - but they turned this into more of an X-Men setup than a Spider-Man movie. What I wanted: Harry, Gwen, Black Cat, maybe Kingpin. Actual Spider-Man villains as the main threat. Maybe even a proper mention of Uncle Ben. What I got: Jean Grey and an obscure X-Men villain who appeared in only a handful of issues as the main antagonists. It all feels like setup for another franchise. And they should’ve moved on from Ned and maybe even MJ, bringing them back makes it feel like the series can’t evolve. Overall, very disappointing.

@KyleMcCordMuse @DefaultReece Cause Fauci is kinda getting exposed right now. I agree with you, but he’s so closely tied to the COVID precautions that we took that he’s kinda making public figures have to walk things back.

@ForgetfulThink1 @D_Bowey @JonMorrisonian @Duhlorean98 I mean fair but Charles brought him into the school, let him be apart of the X-Men and even let him become a teacher despite everything he did in his past . Charles has and always will be someone who shelters a mutant, no matter their past and he’ll do just that with Jean.

Don’t know how I’m supposed to sympathize with Jean Grey in the MCU when she’s out there killing random people for no good reason and suffers no real consequences for it. And that’s not even the only evil thing she does. What an odd way to introduce this pivotal X-Men character.
