In this pivotal period of Canadian history, Canada needs a MAJORITY government. According to all major opinion polls, the LIBERALS are guaranteed a majority if elections were held today. His claims were clearly inaccurate when the submitted signatures were counted, with 72,271 signatures. This total fell 442,013 signatures short of the required 514,284 needed to trigger a recall vote. The same might be the case with the separatist group “Stay Free Alberta.” Once Elections Alberta counts the signatures, Mitch Sylvestre may be found to have largely exaggerated the amount of signatures that his group collected.

Do you support spending Millions of your property tax dollars to communicate and enforce PERMANENT outdoor watering restrictions? When over 20% of Calgary's water is lost due to leaks and poor infrastructure, why should Calgarians continue to be punished with restrictions and fines? I would much prefer this money be invested into upgrading our city-wide water infrastructure. Committee passed this proposed bylaw today, and it will be coming to Council for further debate later this month.

Team Canada lost the Gold medal for 3 reasons that the Main Stream Media is way too scared to talk about. 1) Florida Panthers players Brad Marchand and Sam Bennet hid major injuries. Or they were known and still went. (Why?) 2) Doug Armstrong hates the Oilers so left the top scoring Canadian Defenceman and Left Winger (Bouchard and Hyman) off the roster. See offer sheet to Oilers players. 3) Doug Armstrong tried to pump the value of his own players (Parayko and Binnington) to trade them at the deadline. See trade rumours all season. When we are ready for these conversations around personal gain and selfishness we will be ready to compete for Gold again as a country.
