We placed within the top 48 for challengers. Not the placing we were going for, but onto the next event. Got to see some familiar and new faces. We will be looking for: Content Creator’s Investors Sponsors Another Editor Event team staff Media personnel Brand/Team Reps

Honestly, I don’t think the sniper should be GA’d in CDL. It isn’t OP at all, it’s good reads and plays with the sniper and I experience plenty of flinch when I’m sniping in ranked. The sniper adds a whole different element to the matches that teams have to be able to adapt for as well as excitement for the fans. Also, it’s only being used in Search and Destroy and is not allowed to have any attachments. If attachments were allowed I could see an argument. But you also have to hit your shots with it. I wouldn’t mind hearing other people’s opinions.

The refs missing blatant penalty calls against the Seahawks yet have called penalties on the patriots………. They’ve probably missed about 4 holding calls, a block in the back and an encroachment/offsides call. @NFL

@CDCIntel Why doesn’t C9 pay the players more so they can actually build a decent roster and players might actually say “yeah, I’ll come play for you guys”. 🤦

C9’s management holding up the entire Challengers Rostermania 😔 Hopefully they can hurry up and finalise their minimum wage roster so the top challengers orgs can figure out who they’re paying more money to.

I want to give a big shoutout to our roster for last weekend. @FlameburgBC has been doing nothing short of being a great coach for @kLoH__ @Gobbla_ and @Viciousan. These guys are putting in the work to get us to the top and we couldn’t be more proud of these guys.

Cloud9's current stint in Call of Duty: – June/July 2024: Buy the New York Subliners CDL slot – August 2024: Rebrand to C9 New York, have a team that just came 1st and 2nd consecutively at Champs – September 2024: Drop all players and coaches, including superstar best-in-the-world SMG – October 2024: Pick up mid team (respectfully) with reduced expenditure – June 2025: CDL Champs, C9NY not qualified – November 2025: Pick up even midder team (respectfully) for new season, one of the lowest paid teams in the league – February 2026: Drop entire team after poor performances, plan to “cut costs” on low paid team. You do have to question why they even bothered getting into the Call of Duty League in the first place.
