My company is 8 people. Profitable. No outside capital. $5M revenue this year (doubled every year since 2023). I can work from home. Do school dropoff/pickup. Have a snack with my kids after school. But everyone asks how my little lifestyle business is going? So if you aren't sleeping on the office floor you're not a real entrepreneur? SMH

It’s 2021 you just bought a home for $450k with a 2.5% interest rate. 5 years later that home is worth over $800k You think about selling because your family is a little bigger now and more space is needed. On paper it seems easy but now you need to buy a $1.2 million dollar house at a 7% interest rate. There’s no way you can afford that monthly payment. You’re stuck.

@NikkiLake5 @omgsidewalks What are you buying? America is focused on mass production = cheap. Europe is focused on performance. Japanese is focused on quality. My 07 and 2010 Japanese vehicles are the best on the road. Oil, tires, brakes. That’s it. Reliable. Never had one but like US made Teslas.
