I get what you're saying. And I agree with you. I think the problem a lot of people have reconciling this truth, is that if you see a white person arrested for doing some dumb shit, White people as a whole will not blindly rally behind that person who did egregious shit, just because they're white, Of course I'm sure there's outlying examples. But definitely not prevalent like it is in the black community. This suggests a tacit, if not overt, approval of bad behavior. If I see some white dude on the news, who got busted doing some dumb shit, especially if it's anything involving innocent women or kids, They should be held accountable fiercely and publicly as a deterrent for any others who might think of doing the same. Maybe you agree with me, but you have to admit there's a lot in the black community (and white liberals) who will make any excuse for the behavior if it is a member of a particular demographic. Black Americans should have as much pride in America as anyone else. Many can trace their ancestry back to the beginning of this country. The black community needs to stop being taught they are different than, or less than, or victims of something. Right now in 2026, a black man can do anything that a white man can do. There is a culture within that holds people back and sets them up for failure. This idea that if you get good grades, your "square or goofy." If you speak proper English, or know how to read, you're "talking white." It's ridiculous. Why would anyone want to expose their children to this kind of negativity. I was in the military, and there was no color. All equally worthless. All equally expendable. Different shades of green. I have brothers of all walks of life. So I know for a fact we could live together and do good things together... But I fear that's not the direction we're going.
