COURT DIARY: This week we filed a court application for a declaratory order to ensure that the #Zimbabwe govt and its agencies respect and comply with the #CITES Convention, esp the resolution that trade in #elephants be to the species' "natural and historical range" in #Africa.

@ChinodaEver It was a very interesting lesson there. I'm personally enjoying the lectures.

Lecture5: Analysis of the Protection of Wildlife Indemnity Act.Who is indemnified and how? When does this act apply? Then most importantly we compared the fundamental bill of rights eg Right to Life and the privileges enshrined by this Act& discussed the shoot to kill policy.
