@Fortune_Hotels this is our second stay in just a week in ITC chain. Currently at Ooty . A bit disappointed on the ambience and space of rooms. Congested is what I would rate it as. May be u should look into it as a member sharing an open upfront feedback. #216217

I am beginning to repent my decision to book an @Fortune_Hotels instead of a Marriott property for a short break at Mussoorie. It's understaffed, poorly managed, and the worst restaurant, at the price point, I have seen in any hotel. The staff seems perpetually tired.

@Fortune_Hotels I stayed at this hotel for 2 Nights, checked out, and left my T-shirt behind. After over 20 calls, the hotel denies having it. The staff's attitude is unhelpful, saying 'do what you want.' As an ITC member, I'm disappointed.

VIDEO | People now prefer multiple breaks, including staycations, over the usual practice of one big holiday a year, said @Fortune_Hotels Managing Director Samir MC, happy with the growing share of domestic tourism in India post-pandemic -- which clocked over 1.7 billion visits last year only. #Tourism "I would link it to a change in attitude to life in general. So pre-pandemic most people were extremely focused on what they did in their careers or what they did in their businesses. However, pandemic was a grim reminder to everybody to say no there is a lot more to your career or the business you are in. So, what used to be typically one or two holidays a year has now transformed to multiple breaks during the year," says Samir MC, Managing Director at Fortune Hotels.
