Our mens walking football team completed a first aid training session today, with Matthew from @CooksonFirstAid 👏 The lads were reminded of the key information when it comes to performing CPR, and were given a walkthrough on how to use a defibrillator ⛑️ A big thank you to Matthew for delivering the session today 🙌
