@HivelloOfficial You also banned users not using VPS and locked their staked tokens & balance and only responded with "TOS violation" in support tickets. You didn't even give users a chance to prove they owned the REAL devices just a straight ban. hope you do the right thing

@HivelloOfficial What's going on with the bans? How are users supposed to unstake their tokens they earned if you have disabled their login abilities to the wallets you created for them. I don't think this is what users had in mind when we voted to be able to stake in app.
