Capcom needs to do more research before partnering with content creators, if they want to avoid backlash. I really don't think that a transgender woman with a history of adult video creation should be featured for playing a wholesome game with a child character. Now, personally, I don't think there is generally anything wrong with adult content as long as it's legal, sane, and consensual... but there are certain "spaces" where these kinds of people should stay out of. For example, people like Suzi should never be allowed to be an elementary school teacher or in other professions where the "intersection" of degenerate sexual content can be problematic. In this case, it's not direct contact with real children, but it's still public promotion of child-adjacent content by someone whose past work is overtly sexual for what Capcom is marketing as family-friendly adjacent sci fi adventure game... In addition to the content listed below with redacted titles, Suzi has produced over 7 more videos, for which the person is regretful of producing. There is already enough drama these days in the "trans" space with "trans kids" and various other content in that sphere that is highly problematic whenever children are involved. Now, I get that Suzi has rebranded themselves as the "wholesome" streamer and content creator, but AV content production isn't something you get to wipe away.

@ghoulbasement I posted this photo SIX years ago at Reddit. This was in a sealed City Dragon by Miracle Pictures. I own a couple other of their releases and they had the same problems. This is why I tell people to check their collection every few years.

@ghoulbasement Yep. I bought a lot of DVDs by some Latino publishers in the USA (Pegassus Films, Tekila Films, Amigo Films) and most of those cases degraded just like this. They also have a very particular stench to them, and if you don't remove the art and discs, they will get into both.

Ever have a DVD case simply fall apart? Unsure what happened but this one got super brittle. Barely touch it and the plastic cracks apart. Had to replace it.

@AgiOni0n Yeah. The statement put out by the publisher says the artwork was given to them by Wayforward, who developed Betrayal. The original two games were developed by Terminal Reality, who was by that point no longer involved with the games. I think Majesco owned the franchise.

@Kaelath_The_Red @RoytaMustDie Please. Stop. Bloodrayne Betrayal is from 2011. Ninja Gaiden II, the game this image was edited from... is from 2008. There is no one who worked on it that also worked at Wayforward. Some artist there took the image without permission. Full stop.

@RoytaMustDie You would be surprised how many concept arts get recycled into other games. Leons original concept design for his original RE4 game turned into Dante and the first DMC game while they turned Leon into who he is in RE4
