Pad See Iew! The recipe: Sauce: 2tbsp oyster sauce 1tbsp fish sauce 1tbsp golden mountain sauce 1tbsp black soy sauce 1tbsp soy sauce 3 cloves garlic 2 eggs 2 tips of Chinese broccoli 1 chicken breast or equivalent steak 5tbsp peanut oil 2tbsp white pepper 2tbsp palm sugar
