@Massport Good morning. The NEW LIMO pick up area in Terminal B is unsafe for Limo drivers. The Limos are parked between 2 Smoking Shelters. The smell of cigarette smoke is unbearable and extremely unhealthy. the Smokers DONT stay in the smoking shelters! Please help! Thank you

We bought a king size bed from Bernie and Phyls in Westborough, Massachusetts. We spoke to the director of customer service who appears to be a daughter of one of the owners. Her name is Michelle Rubin Pepe. We told her that our king size bed collapsed in the middle of the night. We were asking to have someone come out to our house to service the bed so we can sleep. They told us the best they could do would be to get us a date sometime in early April. That’s roughly 3 weeks away. So apparently when you buy a bed from Bernie and Phyls in Massachusetts and the bed does not hold up, you have to sleep on the floor for three weeks until they repair the damage. PLEASE share this to let Bernie and Phil know that this is not appropriate customer service. 🙏🙏
