AGI clause: REMOVED today 3. Microsoft exclusivity: REMOVED today All three are gone. This is exactly what Musk's lawsuit alleges: the people running OpenAI systematically dismantled the mission-protection mechanisms. Today they did it again. The defense theory just got harder. OpenAI's defense includes: "Microsoft's $13 billion-plus investment was necessary for our mission. Without that capital, OpenAI couldn't have shipped GPT-4 or scaled ChatGPT." But today, on the morning of trial, OpenAI announced they are decoupling from Microsoft: • AGI clause REMOVED. The nuclear option that let the non-profit board terminate Microsoft's commercial rights once AGI was achieved. Gone. • Microsoft IP license now NON-EXCLUSIVE through 2032. OpenAI can license to anyone. • Cloud exclusivity ENDED. OpenAI can sell across AWS, Google Cloud, Oracle. • Revenue share capped. Microsoft no longer pays revenue share to OpenAI; OpenAI still pays Microsoft through 2030. If Microsoft was so necessary, why restructure on the day the case reaches a jury? Musk's lawyers will use this in court tomorrow.

@JeebsTX @MrLexton @SawyerMerritt I have 14.3.2 and it sucks compared to 14.2.2.5. Hard phantom brakes arw back with no cars or ppl around. No squirrels or animals. It jerks on some turns, has decreased perception on right turns. Still can't park in my home garage and gets into endless loop up in parking garage.

Just got a new version of FSD V14.3.2. Same release notes. Sounds like Tesla has added “Navigation” to the FSD disengagement popup on the screen.

@TraderWilez @SawyerMerritt You are better off with your 14.2 version. 14.3.2 has phantom braking, jerky on turns, and hesitates with lane changes. None of these happened on 14.2.2.5. Par for new 14.x releases.

When you use FSD a lot, you can get used to many of the incredible things it can do. But today I sat back and thought, damn, the fact that my car can even do something like a U-turn all on its own is pretty wild.

@OladokunMalik @elonmusk In the US, its as fair as its going to get. Anyone can get a GED, start a degree at a community college and finish a bachelor degree at a university. That could be 8 years of work if you do it part-time. 100% on the individual to go and do it. But most will say its too much work.

@Fpi47759 @elonmusk I agree humans are very adaptable, and many will transition successfully. My point is just that adaptation isn’t automatic or equal for everyone, so support and realistic pathways still matter during big shifts like this.

@whereshammy87 @elonmusk Not until at least 2028 when it has AI5 hardware. Right now, HW4 has a long way to go to get to unsupervised FSD in a car with no steering wheel. It should be fine in a geofenced robotaxi but not as your everyday personal commuter car. There will be some places HW4 cannot handle.
