@cath_cov Thanks for the site. My family's from the So. Appalachians. They came over early. I had to go back 8 generations to find anyone who wasn't born in the US or British Colonial N. America. But 23&me was convinced I had a 100% British & Irish grandparent & another who was 100% German

Also think Rowan Williams' articulation of pluralism in Common Law traditions is helpful.

@RyanTurnbull20 @theodramatist Frankly, the fact that he bounced from extreme to extreme should tell people the significance to apply to his opinion. Which isn’t to discount all his scholarship (even as it’s a smaller part of his corpus), but his ax to grind is ultimately one of someone who gets blown around.
