Enough is enough. Today, @D_Tarczynski, @RealDonKeith, @AdaLluch, @JoeyMannarino and I have formally instructed our lawyer, @Fr_Gargallo, to issue a Letter of Claim to @Keir_Starmer. The letter demands that he immediately retract his defamatory statements in which he labelled us “far-right agitators” who wish to incite violence. Should he fail to comply, we reserve all our legal rights to pursue further action against him.

The European Court of Human Right’s decision to reject my client’s valid application twice, casts significant doubt on the Court’s commitment to due process and the right to a fair hearing. No. @elonmusk & PM @GiorgiaMeloni hanno ragione. Il fatto che i giudici del tribunale di Roma ritengano di essere al di sopra del governo e del processo democratico è una follia. Non sono una Corte costituzionale, quindi stanno oltrepassando la loro competenza in violazione della separazione dei poteri.
