@FragranceNet I love this company but with that said, I will not order from you again as long as you ship with ontrac shipping. Terrible experience Everytime with them and now they lost my gift 2 days before Christmas after holding it for 14 days.

@FragranceNet im customer for years with no issues ever till today . #ontrac delivery was mess. they kept the box outside of detached garage and sample bottle is broken inside causing damage to other bottles. please use fedex like you did before. im going to dispute this
