@UPS Absolutely the worst service. Package has been held, saying preparing for delivery since Saturday. Call UPS and was given ZERO help. We are talking about a 500 dollar package, I paid extra to have it held at an access point and now, it's MONDAY and theres been ZERO updates

@FragranceNet I love this company but with that said, I will not order from you again as long as you ship with ontrac shipping. Terrible experience Everytime with them and now they lost my gift 2 days before Christmas after holding it for 14 days.

@OnTrac_Shipping have to say in the thousands of orders shipped to me over the last few decades not one was lost by the shipper after received by them. That is your status; "undeliverable, unable to locate", for over a week now. Congratulations! for being that terrible.

@OnTrac_Shipping So finally this garbage company admits they lost my package. After 15 days. 2 days before Christmas. Refund takes 5 to 10 days. So my gift got lost and I can't afford to replace it till I get the refund. WTF????

@OnTrac_Shipping They also can't explain how the package got to their facility on the 10th and has been held there yet 2 other packages got there on the 12th and were already delivered. ADMIT YOU LOST MY STUFF SO I CAN BE COMPENSATED!!!!

@OnTrac_Shipping Also amazing as they hold my package hostage, I explained it cost me 100 dollars and it's my Father's Christmas gift and I can't afford to get another replacement. They don't care. Won't let me pick it up. I ordered it 20 plus days ago. They've had it for 10 days
