Most networks let you see the price of using them but not who's running them, what their criteria are or what happens when something goes wrong on the operator side. 🔍 That gap between user-facing transparency and operator-facing transparency is one of the inheritances from early-era infrastructure that most projects have stopped questioning. Frame is being designed so the people running the network are on record from day one. Selection criteria public. Performance data public. Penalties and slashing on the same record everyone else uses. A network that's transparent about its users should be at least that transparent about itself. 🏛️

The Frame community on Discord and Telegram keeps growing and the quality of conversation in there is something we genuinely look forward to every day. 🤝 People asking the right questions, sharing what we're building toward with their own audiences and holding us to a standard that makes the project better. Sean will be running text-based AMAs in both communities as we build toward launch. The links are below if you want to be part of it before it happens. 📲

The chains not yet connected aren't gaps in the network but future value already in the queue, and every competitor's growth feeds into the flywheel we're aiming to build rather than working against it. 🌐

Every chain added makes the network more valuable for every user already on it because Ethereum users reach further, Solana users reach further and the growth of any individual chain feeds into the whole network's value rather than staying contained within its own ecosystem. 📈

Most interoperability protocols require months of negotiation, governance votes and bilateral agreements before a new chain can be connected. 🌐 Frame is being designed around the principle of adding chains without needing permission from the chain on the other side. Here's why that changes the growth model entirely 🧵

ARK Invest published a $16 trillion Bitcoin market cap target by 2030 and Ethereum ETFs are pulling hundreds of millions in single-session inflows, which tells you institutional capital has already made its decision and the conversation in those boardrooms has moved from whether to allocate to how much and through what structure. 📊 The infrastructure that handles that volume reliably at scale is still being designed, which is the context we're building Frame into. 🏗️

Most developer grant programmes are built around applications, pitches and a lot of waiting. 🔧 The ecosystems that actually grow don't usually come from that process. They come from developers who showed up before anyone invited them, deployed before there was a financial incentive to do it and built because the problem was worth solving on its own terms. That's the kind of developer community Frame is aiming to build around. 🏗️

50 tokenized stocks and ETFs went live on BNB Chain recently while crypto-enabled real estate purchases are being processed and verified at $9.4M. 📈 The line between onchain and traditional finance is moving faster than most people expected even a year ago. The more important question underneath all of that is: what infrastructure are those assets actually settling on? It's an answer that shapes who controls the rails that everything else ends up running on. 🌐

Privacy in crypto gets positioned as a feature for people with something to hide and that framing has done real damage to how the whole industry thinks about it. 🔒 Privacy is a design requirement for infrastructure operating at scale, not an optional extra you add for a niche audience. Businesses don't want their transaction data public. Individuals shouldn't have to choose between using a network and exposing their financial activity to anyone watching the chain. We're aiming to build Privacy Mode into Frame from the foundation rather than bolting it on later. 🏗️

The people who find Frame and stay aren't usually chasing the next trade. 🤝 They're asking harder questions about how infrastructure should actually work and why the current model keeps producing the same failures on a loop. Those conversations are happening in our community every day and we read all of it. Come find us. 👇 frame.community/discord frame.community/telegram

Bitcoin researchers published a migration design last week for addresses that quantum computers could eventually crack, and the proposal is called Public Address-Control Timestamps, PACTs, which aims to make that migration costless and silent for users. 🔐 The fact that a named, documented migration proposal exists tells you the timeline has moved out of the theoretical and into the practical. Most networks are treating post-quantum cryptography as a future upgrade they'll get to eventually, which assumes the threat arrives on a predictable schedule that nobody actually controls. We believe the signing and settlement layers of serious infrastructure should be built for the threat environment of the next decade rather than the one we're already leaving behind, and that's a decision that has to be made at the foundation. 🛡️ Retrofitting cryptography into a live network isn't like updating an app. It's closer to replacing the concrete a building is standing on.
