@RetirementTales My junior school headteacher used to stink of cigarettes and would often be sat smoking in his office. He used to have one of the little traffic light door bells on his office door. Red probably meant having a cigarette 😂

How We Used To Live: The Staff Room In the old days, there was time each day for a nice cup of tea and a sit down. At morning break, teachers would enjoy a Kit Kat or maybe even a cigarette.

@talulahbluebell I wish we could turn our house around so we get more sun in the back. Our old house was on a hill and had west facing garden. It was great for sitting out (and drinking) in our younger! Glad we’re not there now as massive extension added next door

Today's labs are worse. The blood infection (Acinetobacter) has crashed her kidneys further & her blood is becoming dangerously acidic. Morally/emotionally I haven't been ok to update anyone. She’s in multi-organ failure and fighting hard, but the situation is very critical

Tricky day yesterday pals, but humans didn’t leave my side, I even got table service water. I got some nuggets too, and lots of treats. Hoping for a better day today. Stay cool pals, that sun is bery strong 🐾🌞
