There is complete silence coming out of spurs on the manager situation, either they have finally got their ducks in a row or they have not the foggiest what they are doing. If I had to bet money on either way I’d go with the latter.

Since the beginning of November. We have TWO wins in SIXTEEN league games. We have ONE win in TEN league games. We’ve lost EIGHT of them. In that time we’ve also required last minute equalisers against Newcastle & Burnley. We’ve gone behind in TWELVE of those games. We haven’t scored more than 2 goals any of those games. We’ve conceded 2 or more goals in ELEVEN of those 16 games. Our first choice keeper and centre backs have been available for 95% of those games. We are now SIX points clear of the bottom 3. Our next TEN premier league fixtures come against sides that we have collected a total of SEVEN points against in the reverse fixtures this season with ONE win in the 10 games played. This is not click bait, and it’s not a joke. West Ham have won more league games since the 17th of January than we have since the 1st of November. We’re not too big to go down. And any time i start believing something might come against Newcastle on Tuesday because they are in bad form, I’m quickly reminded that we have won ONE home league game since August 16th, and even that was 2 months ago. Nothing dramatic. There is a very real chance of the great Tottenham Hotspur being relegated for the first time in 49 years and I can’t even fathom it. How has this been allowed to happen?

@sufferingspurs I hope your right about the “look back in 5 years and thank god we didn’t” but my issue is are the players saying “nah this ain’t working, lets do our own thing and ignoring his tactics” it’s a situation I can’t quite work out what is going on internally.

It’s so hard to explain this club. Because if we’re honest we’ve seen that second half performance a lot in the last month and we actually look dangerous even with so many missing. Liverpool, Villa in the cup, Bournemouth, West Ham, Burnley and today. But there has got to be something done about the tactics and mentality when starting games. Because that first half has been seen far too often under Thomas Frank and at half time I think we were all expecting to get completely battered. But we didn’t - Frank lives to fight another day. There is a small part of me, a very small part of me that wonders if we’ll look back at this time where we all wanted him gone in about 5 years and thank the lord we didn’t sack him 🤪 Who knows, can’t be unhappy today in the end though. @sufferingspurs This is exactly right, and if the club had any clue to as what it was doing he would be sacked tonight and he would be followed out the door by that gooner Vinai and that fraud Lange!

Watching United dominate Arsenal for large parts of this game. It’s amazing what can happen to a side that everyone thought was completely dead when they get rid of a clueless manager for someone progressive who understands the club. They allowed Amorim to fail for 14 months at United before they accepted it wasn’t going to work even though anyone could have told you after 3 months. That’s an identical situation to us at Spurs, except we might actually get pulled in to a relegation battle by sticking with our own version of the wrong man.

#thfc The current plan is not to sack Thomas Frank. Vinai and Lange are very set in the way of giving him time despite the rest of the “higher ups” wanting him gone.. As of now, looks like he’ll manage the Frankfurt game.

@matthayesthfc This is exactly right and spot on. His mindset may be more worrying than the results he’s producing although the two probably come hand in hand.

Even IF this was true, his mindset is indicative of the level of club he should be at. This isn’t Tottenham. This doesn’t cut it at the level we need to be at. Back to Brentford.
Tottenham Tiers@TottenhamTiers

🗣️ Thomas Frank: "I don't think it was a bad performance. It was maybe not the result we hoped for. I think the performance, if you look at it throughout the game, especially the first half, was good. The way we ended the game, good.”

@GaryRWard Yea but there’s a big problem because “it’s just a matter of time” before any manager is sacked and time is not something we have! He has to go and he has to go now.

Seriously @SpursOfficial Thomas Frank is miles out of his depth pull the trigger and get him gone! And whilst you’re at it get rid of anyone who’s been keeping him in a job above him because they are equally out of their depth!

His position is already untenable what the fuck is this madness! No one’s coming back from what what he experienced Saturday! Tomorrow night he’s getting even worse because none of these players want him either!
Lilywhite Rose@Lilywhite_Rose

🚨#thfc Thomas Frank is expected to be sacked if his position is made untenable by results and more vociferous calls for him to go from supporters. @Matt_Law_DT

At this point my conspiracy theory senses are going wild and that gooner cunt has got to go! Oversaw Arsenal’s worst period in 30 years leaves and now they are challenging every year! He’s been sent here to destroy us from within 🤣

🤣🤣🤣 of course they fucking are, but wanting and getting are two completely different things. For me he will hold out for Liverpool not sure why we are not targeting Xavi Hernandez ASAP it’s a gamble but he will instantly command respect of players because of who he is. #Spurs
