Luciana Barroso, a bartender and single mom in Miami, met Matt Damon in 2003 when he went into her bar to hide from fans, and she asked him to help behind the counter. They married in 2005, and Damon later adopted her daughter.

Paris’ mayor just changed last week. Do you want to know who he appointed as Deputy in charge of fighting antisemitism? Annah Bikouloulou, a Free Palestine member. On October 7, Annah did not condemn the Hamas massacre. Not a single word about the 51 French citizens killed by Hamas in Israel. And of course, nothing about the 251 hostages held by Hamas. Just a few days later, she posted about “genocide” and “ethnic cleansing.” Since then, she has repeatedly shared anti-Israel content, often originating from pro-Hamas or antisemitic accounts. She also glorified terrorist Georges Abdallah, convicted of murdering Israeli and American diplomats in Paris. Additionally, she is close to the antisemitic far-left party LFI. I’m sure Parisian Jews feel much safer with her in charge of combating antisemitism.

4 Indycar races in the month of March and an average viewership of 1.22 million is a great start to the season. Up 30% on 2025’s already impressive figures and the best season start in almost 2 decades. Proud of our @IndyCarOnFOX crew and so glad to have so many of you on board

Alliance of Former Muslims 🇮🇪
Abubaker Abed is a Palestinian refugee living in Ireland. Abed has used his newfound safety to urge Irish Muslims to support #Hamas, call for Israel and its citizens to be wiped out, and threaten Irish Jews with violence. Why is the Irish state protecting this genocidal jihadist?

Stephen king explains why "The Changeling" (1980) is one of his favourite horror movies of all time: "For supernatural horror, I like Peter Medak’s film 'The Changeling' (1980), starring George C. Scott in perhaps his last great screen role. There are no monsters bursting from chests; just a child’s ball bouncing down a flight of stairs was enough to scare the daylights out of me." ("This 1980s Psychological Horror "Scared the Daylights" Out of Stephen King", Tim McClelland. Movieweb, 2026) P.S: On this day, 46 years ago, "The Changeling" (1980) premiered at the USA Film Festival.

Leo Kearse - see me on tour! Links in bio
I know Saturday Night Live UK has its detractors. But I'd like to see another UK comedy show have the balls to mock both Liz Truss and "young people who don't vote Green" in its opening skit.

@TheCinesthetic Best opening ever! From "The Hidden" (1980) ln the first 5 minutes dude runs over multiple people in a $175K Ferrari then destroys the car in an accident and is wasted by the cops only to find out there's an alien symbiont inside him that moves from one human vessel to another

The Bank of England has announced that pictures of wildlife will replace famous faces on our banknotes. A cute kitten, perhaps? Or a puppy doing some tricks? Or, given that China may well have hacked into the system, even a panda bear? Whichever animals end up making the cut, it’s goodbye to Winston Churchill, Jane Austen, JMW Turner and Alan Turing – and the proud tradition of honouring our greatest Brits. What a travesty. ✍️ Matthew Lynn Article | spectator.com/article/replac…

MOVIES I’VE NEVER SEEN — Update #11 Jackie Brown (1997) Should I watch? Verdict: YES This was the biggest response yet, so thank you. Looks like I'm going back to 90s Tarantino. Your comments... "His best film" "Challenging, entertaining and smart" "Pam Grier is fantastic"
The Sting@TheStingisBack

MOVIES I’VE NEVER SEEN #10 Jackie Brown (1997) Pam Grier, Samuel L. Jackson, Michael Keaton Tarantino’s slowest film, and his only adaptation. Some call it a masterpiece; others say it drags. Should I watch it? Convince me: YES or NO—and why.
